Occasionally I meet somebody outside of the context of my personal history, and in one way or another, it will become evident to them that I'm wealthy. And they say, "I'll be damned! You're not at all what I would expect." Hearing that always pleases me: I take it as a high compliment. I've had to work hard not to buy into the stereotypes about rich people. And I see those stereotypes everywhere. I want people to make up their mindsnot only about me, but also about other people I know who have moneybased on who they are, based on what they are doing, and based on what they love.

Orders from outside North America

Shipping to addresses outside North America adds a level of complexity for my distributor. Normally, they ship UPS, but UPS cannot be used internationally.

The cost of shipping internationally is much higher than within North America.

Please read these directions:

  1. If you have a FedEx account, I can instruct my distributor to use the account number, and you will be billed by FedEx. This is the easiest way for you and for me. In this case, please give your account number, the name for the account, and a phone number. You can include this information at the bottom of the order form.
  2. If you do not have a FedEx account, my distributor will use DHL, an international courier, and I will bill you for the surcharge once I have received confirmation that your order has been shipped. Please provide your phone number, which needs to go on the waybill.
  3. Please do not use a post office box as your address. Couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes.
